Senior Pricing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Manager to join our Pricing & Practice Economics Team (PPE) at Allens Operations Pty Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the firm's commercial and strategic objectives.
As a Senior Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to the ongoing development of pricing infrastructure for the firm, supporting bid teams with pricing and negotiation strategy, and reviewing commercial terms and managing client pricing arrangements.
You will also be responsible for assisting partners and lawyers to respond to requests for estimates or proposals, using pricing tools and financial models to assess profitability and support and influence partners with pricing decisions.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a background in law firm pricing or pricing in another professional services environment, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience in bid and tender processes.
You will also have experience managing others or a team, proficient Excel skills, and the ability to think critically, solve problems, and be comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, or uncertainty.
Qualifications: An undergraduate degree qualification in Business/Commerce/Law or related professional degree, and a certification in change management or project management would be valued.
