About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager to join our retail pricing team at Bank of Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a small team of Negotiated Pricing Specialists, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of rate changes in alignment with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a small team of Negotiated Pricing Specialists
  • Utilize pricing tools to assist decision-making and ensure positive outcomes for the bank and customers
  • Review and improve the effectiveness of pricing tools and processes
  • Collaborate with retail distribution channels, product, and marketing teams to ensure clear and transparent communications
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in pricing and negotiation strategies

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in pricing and negotiation, with experience in leading and developing teams. You should have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
