About the Role

In this exciting Agile Delivery Manager role at Simpro Corporate Pty Ltd, you'll play a vital part in guiding our development teams to ensure the successful delivery of software projects.

As a seasoned Agile expert, you'll be responsible for optimizing team productivity, driving process improvements, and bridging communication between development teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and optimize Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices, helping them continuously improve their processes and productivity.
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, transparency, and alignment on project goals.
  • Proactively identify and resolve blockers or challenges that teams face during sprints.
  • Track progress using key metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) and report on the team's performance and project status.
  • Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions, ensuring teams have a clear understanding of work items and achievable goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, maintaining high Agile standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Drive improvements through feedback, retrospectives, and data-driven insights.
  • Optimize team productivity and efficiency through process refinement and tool utilization.

Requirements:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Experience in SaaS or software development environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach Agile teams.
  • Deep understanding of Agile practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong communicator skilled in keeping teams organized and on track.
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computing, or Business (advantageous but not required).
