Motor Claims Operational Delivery Specialist: Expert in Performance Optimization

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Motor Claims Operational Delivery Specialist to join our team at RACQ. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance and service delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Improvement Program Leadership: Lead and coordinate improvement programs across the Motor business, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation.
- Risk Management: Resolve issues and manage risks to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various teams within the Motor and Insurance division to implement effective solutions and enhance member satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Analyze data and produce necessary reporting to track progress and measure success.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a background in business transformation, Agile, Lean methodologies, Business Analysis, or Project Management. Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years of experience in a Claims and Assessing environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Strong understanding of RACQ's regulatory environment.
- Innovative thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Relationship-building skills to foster collaboration across teams.
