About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to guide our development teams at Simpro Corporate Pty Ltd. As an Agile Delivery Manager, you'll champion Agile principles to ensure smooth delivery of software projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices to improve processes and productivity.
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders for clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Identify and resolve blockers or challenges during sprints.
  • Track progress using key metrics and report on team performance and project status.
  • Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions to ensure clear work items and achievable goals.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams.

Requirements

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Experience in SaaS or software development environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach Agile teams.
  • Deep understanding of Agile practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong communicator skilled in keeping teams organized and on track.
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
