Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead our operational teams and ensure services reflect customer needs and deliver agreed quality outcomes for customers and the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational teams to ensure services reflect customer needs and deliver agreed quality outcomes.
  • Handle and resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop strategies for the improvement of service delivery to our participants.
  • Lead and educate client services staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
  • Maintain business relationships with various stakeholders, including families, NDIS representatives, and allied health professionals.
  • Ensure the coordination, guidance, support, and performance management of individual staff members, students, and volunteers.
  • Ensure the smooth running of staff rostering and adjustment, management of staff and data/records, and full function and operation of accommodations and other service sectors.
  • Ensure that the health and well-being of staff and participants are addressed.

Requirements:

  • STA, MTA, and SIL experience.
  • Service management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years NDIS Service Delivery experience.
  • In-home and Community Participation coordination experience.
  • Excellent rostering and time management skills.
  • Ability to go above and beyond with quality services.
  • Essential stakeholder relationships and communication skills.
  • Experience in ROC, Restrictive Practice, and high medical needs.
  • Experience in NDIS Compliance.
