About the Role

At Simpro Corporate Pty Ltd, we're building innovative SaaS tools that empower businesses to thrive in the digital world. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to guide our development teams, ensuring smooth delivery of our software projects by championing Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and optimize Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices, helping them continuously improve their processes and productivity
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, transparency, and alignment on project goals
  • Work with the team to proactively identify and resolve blockers or challenges that teams face during sprints
  • Track progress using key metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) and report on the team's performance and project status
  • Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions, ensuring teams have a clear understanding of work items and achievable goals
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the teams
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, maintaining high Agile standards and quality benchmarks
  • Drive improvements through feedback, retrospectives, and data-driven insights
  • Optimize team productivity and efficiency through process refinement and tool utilization

Requirements

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certification
  • Experienced in SaaS or software development environments
  • Proven ability to lead and coach Agile teams
  • Deep understanding of Agile practices, tools, and techniques
  • Strong communicator skilled in keeping teams organized and on track
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computing, or Business is advantageous but not a requirement
