About the Role

The Head of HR will play a key role in transforming our HR function and workforce planning. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive cultural change and develop HR capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and shape the future of our HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to drive cultural change and HR capabilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement workforce planning strategies
  • Provide expert advice on employment law practices and regulations, and HR processes
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance leadership development and coaching skills
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or equivalent
  • Sound understanding of employment law practices and regulations, and comprehensive understanding of IR/ER legislation and HR processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated experience in seeking and interpreting internal and external expert advice

We offer a competitive salary package, including $120,000 - $150,000 plus super. You will also have the opportunity to develop the HR function as our organization continues to expand.
