About the RoleThe Head of HR will play a key role in transforming our HR function and workforce planning. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive cultural change and develop HR capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and shape the future of our HR function.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to drive cultural change and HR capabilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement workforce planning strategies
- Provide expert advice on employment law practices and regulations, and HR processes
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance leadership development and coaching skills
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or equivalent
- Sound understanding of employment law practices and regulations, and comprehensive understanding of IR/ER legislation and HR processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Demonstrated experience in seeking and interpreting internal and external expert advice
We offer a competitive salary package, including $120,000 - $150,000 plus super. You will also have the opportunity to develop the HR function as our organization continues to expand.
