As a Human Resources Business Partner at Uniting AgeWell, you will be responsible for providing human resources advice, support and services to our managers and employees. This will include providing expert advice and professional guidance on staffing and industrial issues, managing disputes, grievances and disciplinary processes, and consulting and negotiating with relevant unions as required.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and experience in human resources and industrial relations. If you have a tertiary qualification in human resources and/or industrial relations, or equivalent industry experience, and are looking for a new challenge, then this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide human resources advice, support and services to managers and employees
- Manage disputes, grievances and disciplinary processes
- Consult and negotiate with relevant unions as required
- Assist managers and support recruitment partners in overseeing recruitment and selection of employees
Essentials for Working in Aged Care:
- A current Working With Children's Check (VIC) or willingness to obtain one
- Full Australian working rights
- A current Police Records Check/NDIS Clearance or be willing to undertake this process
- Current flu and ongoing vaccinations as required
