SalaryThe successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package with salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 + $2,650 annually.
Job Summary:
This role involves providing human resources advice, support and services to Uniting AgeWell managers and employees. The primary contact for designated sites and services will be responsible for interpreting awards, agreements and other employment instruments pertaining to Uniting AgeWell.
Key responsibilities include managing disputes, grievances and disciplinary processes in line with employee relations processes, consulting and negotiating with relevant unions as required, and assisting Managers and support Recruitment Partners in overseeing recruitment and selection of employees.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources and / or industrial relations or equivalent industry experience
- Extensive experience managing complex situations in relation to dispute resolution, grievance and disciplinary processes
- Experience negotiating enterprise agreements with unions or other bargaining representatives (desirable)
- Experience and expertise in interpretation of awards and agreements, particularly in relation to the Aged Care sector (essential)
