Be the People Guru at Holiday Inn
As our HR Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for all things people-related, ensuring our team feels valued and supported. With a blend of charm and strategy, you'll lead recruitment, boost employee engagement, and sprinkle a bit of magic into performance management.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Foster a positive and inclusive working environment for all colleagues
- Lead and mentor hotel leaders during the recruitment and onboarding process
- Sustain and embed the use of branded people tools to recruit, train, and retain top talent
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and manage policies and procedures
- Cooperate with the leadership team on workplace health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives
- Participate in investigations of workplace injuries and illnesses
- Partner with the leadership team to create a leadership culture focused on engagement
- Prepare and utilize HR data to inform strategic planning and forecasting
- Understand the talent landscape and drive the talent management process
- Support employee relations, including performance management and improvement plans
What We Need from You:
- 3 years' related experience in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English
