Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package, including salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 + $2,650 annually. We also offer a range of benefits, including:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As the primary contact for designated sites and services, you will be responsible for providing human resources advice, support, and services to Uniting AgeWell managers and employees. This includes:
- Providing expert advice and professional guidance on staffing and industrial issues, including interpretation of awards, agreements, and other employment instruments pertaining to Uniting AgeWell
- Managing disputes, grievances, and disciplinary processes in line with employee relations processes
- Consulting and negotiating, particularly as part of change management and dispute resolution processes with relevant unions as required
- Assisting Managers and support Recruitment Partners in overseeing recruitment and selection of employees
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources and/or industrial relations or equivalent industry experience
- Extensive experience managing complex situations in relation to dispute resolution, grievance, and disciplinary processes
- Experience negotiating enterprise agreements with unions or other bargaining representatives (desirable)
- Experience and expertise in interpreting awards and agreements, particularly in relation to the Aged Care sector (essential)
To work in aged care, you will need:
- A current Working With Children's Check (VIC) or willingness to obtain one
- Full Australian working rights
- A current Police Records Check/NDIS Clearance or be willing to undertake this process
- Current flu and ongoing vaccinations as required
