About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team at Holiday Inn. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive and inclusive working environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring that new colleagues have the necessary tools to succeed.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Partner with the leadership team to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
  • Prepare and analyze HR data to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
  • Support end-to-end employee relations, including performance management and performance improvement plans.

Requirements

  • 3 years' related experience in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluent English language skills.
