**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the main point of contact for all guests, visitors, and facilitate meetings both at the office and interstate.
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain office safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Arrange office amenities such as catering and supplies, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversee IT support and the functionality of office technology.
- Manage office security systems, access control, and badge distribution.
