About This Role

The Vacheron Constantin Boutique Manager/Director plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance and delivering exceptional client service. Reporting directly to the Brand Director, this leader is responsible for overseeing boutique operations, motivating the team, and maximizing sales potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales results through effective program implementation and staff motivation.
  • Develop local clientele for the Vacheron Constantin Melbourne Boutique.
  • Establish dynamic action plans to achieve Maison and boutique sales targets.
  • Foster partnerships with third-party entities, such as hotels, tour leaders, and business introducers, to expand market reach.
  • Maintain market benchmarking to control market share and identify new opportunities.
  • Understand and cater to Vacheron Constantin clients' profiles.
  • Manage boutique expenses within budget guidelines.
Customer Focus

This position demands an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and relationship management.

  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as an Ambassador of the Maison, building direct contact with VICs, growing the CRM database, and ensuring retention rates.
PR Events and Marketing
  • Initiate and participate in PR events to promote the boutique's presence.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing activities.
Team Management and Development
  • Coach, train, motivate, and lead by example with professionalism.
  • Drive performance through motivation, development, and team engagement.
  • Create a positive team culture and manage a cohesive team environment.
Requirements
  • A strong background in the luxury sector, with experience in similar roles, managerial, and team leadership positions.
  • Managerial title may vary based on level of demonstrated experience and acumen.
  • Solid understanding of product and market knowledge.
  • Sales-driven individual with quality leadership skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Reliability, independence, outgoing personality, and social skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive problem-solver, and quick reactor.
  • Demonstrated passion for service and client orientation.
  • Written and spoken English; other foreign languages highly appreciated.
  • Knowledge of local market, including awareness of competitors, clients, and market trends.
  • Ability to prospect outside the boutique.
  • General IT skills, constantly upgrading: Microsoft Office, SAP.

Estimated salary range: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum.
