Job Summary

The Company: Aspect Personnel is a boutique interior design and architecture practice known for its tailored and personalised approach from concept to delivery.

They provide interiors and furniture/styling services to various clients with project sectors including high-end residential, retail, hospitality, and corporate. The role requires supporting 3 busy Directors with varying needs, focusing on coordination, administrative support, and task follow-up of meetings across the business.

About You

  • You will be a highly organised person, able to keep others on track, with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Diplomacy, confidentiality, and discretion are essential qualities, along with adaptability and proactive work ethic.
  • A positive attitude, drive, and enthusiasm are required to contribute to internal culture.

Responsibilities

  1. Screen incoming correspondence, respond, and action appropriately on behalf of Directors.
  2. Prepare letters, emails, and documents.
  3. Manage complex and changing diaries.
  4. Minute meetings, collate agendas, coordinate follow-up actions.
  5. Organise travel and expense claims management.
  6. Assist with fee proposals, track business development opportunities, and produce information.
  7. Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple Directors or Executives.
  • Advanced MS Office and tech skills.
  • Professional services experience highly regarded but not essential.

What We Offer

An estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
