We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Melbourne-based team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with property managers, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing and innovative PropTech company in Australia. With over 50% market share in New Zealand, we are now expanding across Australia and seeking a talented individual to lead our sales efforts in Melbourne.

As a quota-carrying sales professional, you will be responsible for promoting our full product suite and new features as solutions to prospective customer needs. You will also own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, collaborate with our team to develop monthly sales plans, and represent our brand at conferences and industry events.

What You'll Bring to the Team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in networking, phone sales, online engagement, and event representation.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a quota-carrying business development position.
  • The ability to work independently, take ownership of your customers and territory, and drive results through accountability and self-motivation.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally for up to one week at a time, representing our brand and building relationships with clients.

  • A competitive salary of $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation, and uncapped commissions that can take your earnings to a minimum of $160,000.
