About the Role

Randstad is seeking a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our HR Partners team, you will be responsible for managing clients and candidates across various industry sectors, with a focus on recruiting mid to senior HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to become a trusted recruitment partner
  • Manage the candidate process from initial enquiry to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet proactive recruitment needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients and candidates
