Our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly skilled People Experience Specialist to join its Sydney team. This is a permanent, full-time position with a flexible working arrangement.
About the Role
As a People Experience Specialist, you will collaborate with the global headquarters P&C team and the JPAC P&C team to ensure that people processes, procedures, and initiatives are effectively implemented locally. You will partner with local leadership to advise and coach across the complete employee lifecycle, including performance management, talent and organizational development, and learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with broad generalist requirements across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Contribute to projects, business plans, and people policies and initiatives that align with the organization's strategy.
- Support and advise the local leadership team in line with global standards and best practices.
- Actively promote a positive and consultative HR style that fosters a culture of collaboration, learning, and individuality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of local law and legislation.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building experience.
- Exposure working in a multinational business is highly desirable.
