In this full-time permanent position, you'll work in modern and central offices with flexible/hybrid working arrangements. You'll collaborate with the internal HR and Payroll team as well as support and consult with the company's clients to configure, maintain, and optimize their iChris payroll system.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Configure and manage the iChris payroll system, including employee profiles, payroll codes, tax settings, and deductions.
- Develop and execute test plans for Chris21/iChris systems, resolving issues with development teams.
- Collaborate to streamline payroll processes through integrations.
- Manage day-to-day operations, collaborating on integrations, and working with enterprise clients.
**Requirements:**
- A deep understanding of iChris or Chris21 and experience as a System Administrator.
- A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end enterprise payroll processing.
- Excellent communication and partnering skills to collaborate with all levels of employees, from administrative staff to CEO.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to consult with clients and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
