HR Partners is seeking a highly skilled People Experience Specialist to join its team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our people processes, procedures, and initiatives are effectively implemented locally.
About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a flexible working arrangement. As a People Experience Specialist, you will collaborate with our global headquarters P&C team and the JPAC P&C team to advise and coach across the complete employee lifecycle, including performance management, talent and organizational development, and learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with broad generalist requirements across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Contribute to projects, business plans, and people policies and initiatives that align with our organization's strategy.
- Support and advise the local leadership team in line with global standards and best practices.
- Actively promote a positive and consultative HR style that fosters a culture of learning, collaboration, and individuality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of local law and legislation.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building experience.
- Exposure working in a multinational business is highly desirable.
