Key Responsibilities

* Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
* Manage the HR email inbox, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
* Collaborate with HR and Payroll to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS
* Partner with the learning and development team to coordinate and schedule employee training and other L&D activities

Requirements

* Demonstratable professional or intern experience as an assistant/coordinator or experience in a similar role
* Prior experience supporting a Human Resources and/or Recruitment team is preferred
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
* Excellent oral, written, and phone communication skills
* Ability to creatively solve and present good solutions to problems
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to action with urgency
* Superior time management and organizational skills
* Discretion and ability to handle highly confidential information with sensitivity
* Proficiency working in Outlook or other scheduling systems, Word, and Excel
* Continuous improvement mindset and ability to find and present creative process and efficiency solutions
