Drive customer satisfaction and retention in the APAC region as Senior Director, Customer Success at Deputy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and execution of the Customer Success strategy for APAC.
  • Lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional results.
  • Establish effective operational cadence, including revenue forecasting and account management.
  • Define and optimize key performance metrics to drive customer success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address high-risk customers and ensure alignment.
  • Execute strategies for Success/Account Plan and renewal management.
  • Implement processes to resolve customer-blocking issues.
  • Ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue expansion and establish strategic relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in senior leadership within Customer Success or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling customer success teams.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in analyzing technical concepts and communicating complex information.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong proficiency with customer success platforms and CRM systems.
