About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Director to join our team at Diligent, a global leader in modern governance. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise-level account management, preferably in SAAS, and excellent communication and presentation skills. You will work closely with our sales, expansion, services, marketing, finance, customer transactions, and operations teams to provide a seamless and 'best-in-class' customer experience across all phases of the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reneew and grow a set of customer accounts by proactively anticipating needs, recommending additional products and services, and providing an excellent customer experience as measured by revenue retention and customer product usage;
  • Increase overall client satisfaction with Diligent measured through Net Promoter Score;
  • Collaborate internally to be the voice of the customer across other departments;
Benefits

As a Customer Success Director at Diligent, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
