Job Title

Drive the design, development and delivery of diverse contemporary organisational learning and development strategies, policies, projects & initiatives across Australia's largest footwear group. This role is pivotal in supporting its world-class culture and driving employee engagement through a workforce capability.

This senior position within our organisation has visibility and influence company-wide. The Organisational Development Manager will oversee the design, development and delivery of learning and development strategies, while connecting and supporting our world-class culture and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the design, development and delivery of organisational learning and development strategies
  • Overseeing the implementation of best practice solutions to support individual, team, and organisation-wide strategic and operational development needs
  • Partnering closely with Senior Leadership teams to deliver blended learning solutions tailored to national retail workforce

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the Retail Industry or a similar field, working within a complex, fast-paced and performance-focused environment. A Master's degree in social sciences/Business Administration, Psychology or comparable qualification with focus on Human Resources and Organisational Development is preferred.

Additional requirements include:

  • A proven track record in leadership experience across Organisational Development, People Development, HR Business Partnering, Change Management
  • Stakeholder relationship management and credible influencing skills where you have lead and influenced through relationships
  • Ability to think conceptually and convert clear and actionable deliverables
  • Advanced communication skills across all written and verbal mediums (including Board paper preparation)
  • Natural problem-solving skills with the ability to creatively think outside the box and find root causes to problems
