Job Summary
The Organisational Capability Lead plays a key role in driving strategic workforce development and enhancing business performance across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop innovative solutions for capability building
- Lead the development of organisational strategies to maximise workforce potential
- Conduct performance analysis, assessment and evaluation to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement effective plans to drive business outcomes
- Drive best practice thinking and share knowledge with colleagues
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have a relevant academic qualification such as a degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or Organisational Development. You will also demonstrate experience in designing, implementing and delivering successful workforce development initiatives.
