The role presents a unique opportunity to design and implement policies, frameworks, and strategies that will define our workforce for years to come. As Assistant Director, People and Culture, you'll play a pivotal role in driving meaningful change within our organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing strategic HR initiatives to enhance leadership capability, workforce planning, learning and development, and performance management.
  • Leading programs that shape and sustain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing organisational culture.
  • Supporting the transition to a new employment model, working across a broad portfolio of HR functions to ensure best-practice governance and embed key processes.
  • Developing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and overall well-being.

You'll have the opportunity to work independently to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives, influencing senior leaders and delivering outcomes that have a lasting impact.
