Requirements:
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, organisational development, or HR strategy in complex environments.
  • Strong skills in systems thinking, data analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Able to partner with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful workforce initiatives.
  • Fluency in AI-powered planning tools, platforms, and methodologies.
