Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and apply workforce planning frameworks and tools.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable workforce plans.
  • Partner with HRBPs, product owners and CoEs to align workforce planning with strategic goals.
  • Inform workforce decisions and capability investments using data and external insights.
  • Support quarterly and annual planning cycles including integration with broader business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience in workforce planning, organisational development or HR strategy in complex environments.
  • Systems thinking, data analysis and scenario planning skills.
  • Track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful workforce initiatives.
  • Fluency in AI systems and knowledge of planning tools, platforms and methodologies.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and shape strategy in matrixed environments.
