Strategic Workforce Development Leader

Strategic workforce development and organisational effectiveness are key to success in this role.
As an Executive Manager, you'll lead initiatives shaping the future of our workforce through thoughtful planning, capability uplift and data-informed decision-making.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across HR, teams and centres of expertise to uplift planning capability, embed workforce rhythms and support inclusive, future-focused workforce development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and apply workforce planning frameworks and tools.
- Translate business priorities into actionable workforce plans.
- Partner with HRBPs, product owners and CoEs to align workforce planning with strategic goals.
- Inform workforce decisions and capability investments using data and external insights.
- Support quarterly and annual planning cycles including integration with broader business objectives.
- Experience in workforce planning, organisational development or HR strategy in complex environments.
- Systems thinking, data analysis and scenario planning skills.
- Track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful workforce initiatives.
- Fluency in AI systems and knowledge of planning tools, platforms and methodologies.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and shape strategy in matrixed environments.
