Workforce Planning Role

We are seeking a results-driven leader to spearhead our workforce planning efforts.

This role involves leading forecasting, trend analysis, and data-driven resourcing plans to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective rosters that align with operational needs and compliance requirements.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain productivity benchmarks across the national network, ensuring fair, efficient, and aligned staffing levels.
  • Lead productivity improvement and workforce optimisation projects, identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver data-driven, future-ready workforce plans through Regional Collections Managers.
  • Ensure rosters meet business requirements and are on time.
Requirements
  • Extensive workforce management experience (ideally 15+ years) in high-volume industries such as retail, FMCG, hospitality, or healthcare.
  • Proven success in implementing labour models, payroll budgeting, staff scheduling, and productivity optimisation.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial relations, EBAs, and workforce compliance frameworks.
