Workforce Planning Manager Role

This position requires an experienced professional to develop and deliver strategic workforce planning initiatives, ensuring the right staff levels and resources are allocated across operating models.

Responsibilities include analysing workforce data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for stakeholder satisfaction enhancement.

  • Develop comprehensive workforce plans that align with business objectives.
  • Implement and maintain effective rostering management systems.
  • Provide insightful reports on workforce supply, demand, and analysis to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A highly analytical mindset with 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce and its capabilities.
  • Experience implementing bespoke rostering management systems and managing complex rosters.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage competing priorities and change.
