Job Title: Strategic Workforce Advisor

The role of a Strategic Workforce Advisor is crucial to an organisation's success. This key position is responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on workforce matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level and timely support, guidance, and coaching to staff, management, and executives in relation to workforce planning, industrial relations, and human resource functions.
  • Undertake organisational change and workforce redesign processes, inclusive of consultation, managing excess personnel, and completing grading and job evaluation activities for positions within the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent work experience in workforce management, employee relations, employment law, or other relevant fields, in a large and diverse organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers through highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to influence, and sound coaching skills.
