Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team of Sales Associates. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting our brokers with lead qualification and helping our customers achieve their home loan dreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect customers over the phone to discuss their lending needs
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers
  • Identify opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases
  • Leverage your sales and relationship-building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment
