About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fintech Sales Associate to join our team at Lendi Group. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a vital role in driving qualified opportunities into the diaries of our franchisees and brokers across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect customers over the phone to discuss their lending needs and convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases, leveraging your sales and relationship-building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment.
  • Develop a solid sales foundation and gain an intimate knowledge of the home loan process and mortgage market, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a background in sales, retail, or customer service, and an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry. Full-time office attendance is required during the first three months, with hybrid working options available for high performers.
