Role Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Fintech Sales Associate. This role offers the perfect opportunity to develop a solid sales foundation, gain an intimate knowledge of the home loan process and mortgage market, and lay the foundations for your career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries, make outbound contact with leads, and leverage the Lendi Platform to enable seamless sales processes.
  • Prospect customers over the phone and discuss their lending needs, convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases.
  • Leverage your sales and relationship building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment.

Requirements:

  • Final year university students, new graduates, candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service.
  • Those with an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry.
