About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operations of our child and youth assessment service, ensuring that high-quality care is provided to vulnerable families across Central Australia. This involves supervising a multidisciplinary team of professionals, providing clinical guidance, and overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A degree in Social Work or a related health discipline, with eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers or relevant professional association.
- Proven experience in management and supervision, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in providing clinical case management support to vulnerable families, with a focus on child-centered, family-focused, and trauma-informed practices.
- Knowledge of child development, including neurodevelopmental disorders such as FASD, ASD, and Global Development Disorders.

What We OfferIn addition to a competitive salary package, which includes a base salary of $100,210 - $119,925 (pa) and total effective package of $122,462 - 144,645 (pa), we offer a range of benefits and opportunities, including:
