Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 8–12+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development leadership.
  • Proven ability to create and scale high-impact partnerships driving revenue and brand growth.
  • Strong expertise in ecosystem building, partner strategy, and go-to-market alignment.
  • Experience negotiating, structuring, and managing strategic alliances, reseller programs, and channel partnerships.
  • Skilled at leveraging networks to unlock new distribution, co-marketing, and co-selling opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of revenue operations and how partnerships integrate with sales and marketing.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely with executive teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships driving business growth.
  • Build scalable partner programs (channels, resellers, affiliates, co-marketing).
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial deals from commercial terms to long-term growth plans.
  • Act as the bridge between partnerships, marketing, and sales ensuring alignment.
  • Advise on partnership KPIs, attribution, and revenue contribution.
  • Provide hands-on leadership while empowering in-house BD and marketing teams.
