Ideal Candidate Profile- 8–12+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development leadership.
- Proven ability to create and scale high-impact partnerships driving revenue and brand growth.
- Strong expertise in ecosystem building, partner strategy, and go-to-market alignment.
- Experience negotiating, structuring, and managing strategic alliances, reseller programs, and channel partnerships.
- Skilled at leveraging networks to unlock new distribution, co-marketing, and co-selling opportunities.
- Deep understanding of revenue operations and how partnerships integrate with sales and marketing.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely with executive teams.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships driving business growth.
- Build scalable partner programs (channels, resellers, affiliates, co-marketing).
- Negotiate mutually beneficial deals from commercial terms to long-term growth plans.
- Act as the bridge between partnerships, marketing, and sales ensuring alignment.
- Advise on partnership KPIs, attribution, and revenue contribution.
- Provide hands-on leadership while empowering in-house BD and marketing teams.
- Leverage your professional network to open doors and create new opportunities.
