Strategic Partnership Leader

Cashrewards seeks a seasoned leader to drive strategic partnerships and ANZ engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnership management, business development, and senior relationship management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving strategic partnerships with a priority focus on ANZ Bank, delivering incremental value across joint business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage ANZ account efforts to identify new mutually beneficial growth opportunities, negotiate commercial offer constructs, and fulfilment & delivery obligations.
- Drive business development efforts to improve performance across existing partnerships and identify new ecosystem partners that enhance Cashrewards' offerings and support market expansion.
- Understand and identify local market trends, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes to inform partnership opportunities and business decisions.
- Manage and influence relationships within ANZ across varying levels to ensure the successful implementation of partnership agreements.
The role will serve as the primary point of contact for the ANZ partnership and collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
