Strategic Partnerships Leader

A seasoned manager with 5+ years of experience in partnership development is required to spearhead our strategic partnerships strategy in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic partnerships that amplify our voice, deliver key health messaging, and build brand credibility.
- Manage an existing portfolio of partnerships while exploring opportunities to drive revenue and reach.
- Support the fundraising strategy and execution across each partnership, ensuring aligned efforts contribute directly to income growth and long-term impact.
- 5+ years of previous experience working in partnership development, delivering high-quality partnerships.
- Previous experience of line/team management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage several programs concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with a high level of internal motivation.
- Flexible hybrid working arrangements.
- Early Friday finish (Dec-Aug).
