Sports Event Coordinator

The Sports Event Manager is a key role in the development and execution of a balanced portfolio of national and third-party events, setting the benchmark for excellence in planning and execution.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Sports Event Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering national-level events and projects efficiently, either solo or by briefing and supervising suitable partners.
- Ensuring the timely, budget-friendly, and successful execution of National third-party events & projects, meeting KPIs and adhering to legal and administrative requirements.
- Contributing to the development of future plans with innovative event concepts and ideas tailored for regional and national consumer groups, offering an 'Only Red Bull can do' experience.
- Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with businesses, individuals, and government organizations in line with Red Bull's long-term vision and priorities.
- Managing budgets, ordering, and logistics for Red Bull event tools, working with 3PL partners to ensure the right tools are in place at the right time.
- Minimum 4 years of event management experience.
- Experience in designing and organizing events and projects of all scales with an integrated event marketing approach.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading agencies and other partners.
- Extensive knowledge of the Australian sporting event landscape.
- Experience in establishing and strengthening commercial partnerships.
- Traveling 30-40% of the time.
