Corporate Events Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all events and functions in our corporate suites across national sporting stadiums and venues. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent Excel skills, and experience in arranging corporate events in an Enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate events and functions in our corporate suites
- Work with our racing and sports industry partnerships and VIP customer groups
- Develop and implement event strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage event budgets and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful events
Requirements:
- Strong administrative background with experience in coordinating events
- Excellent Excel skills for reporting, scheduling, and budgeting
- Experience in arranging corporate events in an Enterprise environment
- Demonstrated understanding of purchase orders, supplier management, and procurement processes
- Passion for racing and sports
