Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide industry-leading platform and compliance support to help brokers save time, diversify their business, and stay safe.
  • Identify opportunities to enable broker success through LMG product and service offerings, such as Asset Finance, Commercial, white label, post-settlement services, by driving small group sessions and regular training and professional development for all Agreement Holders (Members).
  • Identify and refer opportunities for brokers seeking more support and assistance to the higher margin model (either Partner or Loan Market).
  • Complete Annual Business Snapshots with all AH's in your portfolio.
  • Drive the highest compliance scores for flat-fee brokers in the industry.
  • Drive the fastest time to application relative to flat-fee competitors.
  • Ensure Members are in the highest quartile for quality submissions from top six lenders.
  • Drive broker engagement via online and face-to-face training of brokers on a range of topics, including technology, compliance, product knowledge, basic marketing, and relationship/back-book management.
  • Understand, educate, and promote all options and services available under the LMG range of business and service models.
  • Recruit new Agreement Holders into the flat-fee (or any other LMG model).
  • Drive and attend events and actively participate in Professional Development, sales, and industry events.

  • You will be a cross-functional leader - boundaryless in approach and collective approach to Group success.
Salary:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
