In this role as a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and growing our client relationships. As the interface between our customer service and sales teams, you will ensure that our clients' needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships within your portfolio to drive revenue growth and generate new opportunities
- Identify new business leads/opportunities
- Respond to client questions, queries, or other from clients
- Support managers with ongoing account management
- Conduct the necessary project management activities in order to ensure products/services are delivered to the required expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Adequate experience as a Business Development Executive
- Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking skills
- High-level presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Maintain high attention to detail
- Eye on maximising margin opportunity and driving long term relationships
- Expertise in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to motivate, coach and mentor junior staff
- Can-do and flexible attitude and willingness to get the job done
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
