Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly empathetic Trainee Case Manager to join our client's thriving business, supporting injured workers through the recovery and return-to-work process. With comprehensive training, you will be empowered to manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring seamless customer experiences and effective case management.
The Role
- Deliver exceptional support to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries, guiding them through each stage of the claims process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage treatment approvals, return-to-work plans, and injury management strategies.
- Ensure timely payments and accurate invoicing for service providers.
Your Background
- A background in healthcare, nursing, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
- To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine caring nature.
- You will be an organized individual with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus superannuation and discounts/benefits.
