A Competitive Salary Package

We offer a highly competitive salary, with an estimated annual compensation of AU$85,000 - AU$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This comprehensive package also includes generous bonuses, benefits, and regular salary reviews.

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team as a Graduate Rehab Consultant. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that address the unique needs of each individual.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
  • Utilize your expertise to identify potential return-to-work pathways and develop strategies to support claimants' successful reintegration into the workforce.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors influencing rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Present case information and provide recommendations to drive desired goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or a related field.
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA/SIRA Accreditation.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Current driver's license and vehicle.
