A Leadership Opportunity in Property, Revenue & Valuations Services
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Property, Revenue & Valuations Services (PRAVS) team as a Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to the PRAVS team, ensuring high levels of customer service for both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the PRAVS team.
- Develop and maintain efficient systems and procedures.
- Oversee accounts receivable, financial hardship, and debt recovery processes.
- Coordinate valuation services and ensure compliance with standards.
- Manage rate income generation.
- Maximise commercial opportunities and income generation in the property function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant discipline.
- Ability to deliver dynamic team coordination and effectively manage, support, and coach employees to achieve team and organisational goals.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting legislation, statutory/legal requirements, and managing large databases.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise and negotiate at all levels with stakeholders.
- Skill in advocacy, negotiation, and conflict management.
- Highly advanced levels in Microsoft product usage.
Salary Range: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
