About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Property Exchange. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional first-line support via live chat, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, using your expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with higher-level support teams and business partners to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Embody company values by delivering outstanding customer experiences, coaching customers through challenging situations, and maintaining high levels of professionalism.

User Training and Development

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will also be responsible for providing on-the-spot training to inbound callers, ensuring they have access to PEXA's platform and resources. You will share expert product knowledge, update training materials as needed, and continuously improve your own skills to deliver exceptional results.

Complaints and Disputes Handling

You will follow established procedures to handle complaints and disputes, aiming for first call resolution or escalation where necessary. When challenges arise, you will respond empathetically, remain solution-focused, and communicate effectively with customers.

Collaboration and Networking

In this role, you will build relationships with internal business teams and integrated service partners to enhance the customer experience. This includes collaborating with financial institutions, land titles offices, and state revenue offices across Australia.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused environment is essential.
  • A background in legal/conveyancing or technology industries is highly regarded.
