Hyatt, a global hospitality leader, is seeking an experienced Regional Revenue Strategist to join our team in Australia.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to oversee revenue management analytics and develop strategies to drive growth across six Australian properties.

  • The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on developing long-term revenue strategies and short-term tactics to maximize profit and improve performance.
  • This role involves analyzing business trends, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective revenue-generating processes.

You will work closely with hotel teams to prepare weekly and monthly forecasts using business intelligence and revenue management systems.

This includes providing tactical consultation on rate control management, pricing, and distribution to ensure optimal revenue outcomes.

As a key member of our revenue team, you will conduct weekly revenue meetings, present upcoming revenue tactics, and challenges, and ensure inventory distribution aligns with Hyatt's global distribution strategy.

We offer a competitive salary package of $100,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within a global company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to drive growth across multiple properties.
  • Analyze business trends and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly room occupancy and average rate forecasts.
  • Provide tactical consultation on rate control management, pricing, and distribution.
  • Conduct weekly revenue meetings and present upcoming revenue tactics and challenges.
  • Evaluate inventory distribution and ensure it aligns with Hyatt's global distribution strategy.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per annum.
