Director of Revenue

Sofitel Melbourne On Collins is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Revenue to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing revenue management strategies across all revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans to drive revenue growth and optimize revenue streams
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing to set revenue goals and develop tactical plans to achieve them
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform revenue management decisions
  • Work closely with the Reservations and Front Desk teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue management strategies
  • Liaise with all teams to ensure revenue management principles are understood and followed
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a revenue management role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on revenue optimization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Experience with revenue management software and systems, such as IDEAS and Opera Cloud
  • Full working rights in Australia
