We are seeking a seasoned Technology Business Partner to spearhead strategic growth initiatives at PEXA, a pioneering digital settlement platform. With over 20,000 customers settled weekly, our company is revolutionizing property transactions in Australia.

This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in business partnering and consulting, preferably in high-growth companies. As a key member of our People Experience team, you will provide strategic HR support to the Group CTO and Technology leadership, driving people strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic HR guidance to the Group CTO and Technology leadership on talent management, recruitment, and leadership development.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cyclical people programs, enhancing talent and succession practices, and driving workforce engagement.
  • Developing and implementing DEI strategies that foster an inclusive work environment and promote employee growth.
  • Mentoring and upskilling the broader People Experience team to drive continuous improvement.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible work arrangements, wellness programs, and professional development opportunities.
